Hour One is paid up front at $99. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling terms below.

Hour One ($99 audit): non-refundable once the consult window opens. If you cancel 24+ hours before the scheduled time, we'll reschedule once at no charge.

NEOTERIC ATLAS + retainers: see your engagement letter; cancellation terms are project-specific.
