What this is, plainly
Most agencies sell you their AI. We teach you how to build your own. Hour One is a published, deliberately scoped consult: ninety minutes, $99, where we walk through your business and show you how an AI Operating System would actually slot into it.
You leave Hour One with three concrete deliverables: a map of where AI fits into your workflows, a shortlist of the first five things to automate, and an honest read on what would be a waste of money. Nothing handed off, nothing locked in. You decide what happens next.
What we cover in the ninety minutes
- A live read of your AI visibility. What ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity actually say about your business right now, when a real prospect asks them about you.
- An operations gap analysis. Where calls, leads, and customer comms are leaking today, and which ones an AI agent could plausibly catch.
- A workflow walk-through. The five workflows we would automate first if this were our business, in priority order, with the cost and effort honestly named.
- A direct read on what to skip. The two or three AI experiments that sound interesting and would not move the needle for your business yet. Saving you the wrong purchase is half the value.
